Ordering for established wholesalers
You can send your orders to us by fax, email, telephone or on this web site. If
your order is placed on this site, the shopping cart order will be emailed to us and
we will notify you that we received the order and if any items are on back order.
New wholesale customers
Before you can place an order with us as a new wholesale customer, you will need to log into My Account and create an account with us. We will notify you that we have established you as a wholesale customer and you can then view the wholesale prices.
Shipping Policies
- Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, if there will be any delay,
you will be notified by email.
- Retail Orders will be shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) based
on actual published shipping costs.
- Wholesale Orders will be shipped using USPS or FedEx Ground whichever is
lower in cost.
- Any duties, taxes or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility
of the customer.
Backorder Policy
Should an item be on backorder when the order is received, the customer will be
notified and given an estimated time of arrival. Back ordered items are shipped at
a discounted shipping rate for wholesale customers.
Return Policies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund
or exchange, less the shipping charges. Please notify us so we can arrange for
your return. Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be issued in the form of
original payment. If item is damaged, please contact us upon receipt and we will
arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. |
